Pray! Terms of Use

Pray! is an iPhone application for creating, sharing, and responding to prayer requests in a respectful faith-oriented community. By using Pray!, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Community Guidelines.

1. Who May Use Pray!

You may use Pray! only if you can form a binding agreement and are permitted to use the app under applicable law. Pray! is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

2. Account Access

Pray! uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. The app does not provide password-based sign-in.

3. Prayer Requests and Community Content

You are responsible for the prayer requests, group suggestions, reports, and other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, intentionally false, or privacy-invasive content. Do not post another person’s sensitive personal information without permission.

Prayer requests may include sensitive personal or spiritual information. Share thoughtfully, and only choose broader sharing settings when you are comfortable with the intended audience seeing the request.

4. Moderation

Administrators may review reports, remove prayer requests, approve or reject group suggestions, approve or reject group membership requests, and adjust user access when needed to protect the community, operate the service, comply with these terms, or respond to abuse.

We may preserve moderation and audit records to investigate misuse, enforce these terms, and maintain the reliability and safety of the service.

5. No Professional Advice

Pray! is for community prayer and encouragement. It is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis-response service. If you may be in danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or considering self-harm, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

6. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Pray! may send local reminders or server-driven notifications about prayer activity and community events. You can adjust notification settings in the app or in iOS Settings.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed for maintenance, security, moderation, or product development. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
